I'm not trying to be racist against those group of people call, "dig soil"
But i believed they are all of the same kind .
One blood, one character .
You will normally see them working on the sales line .
With nice uniform, they stand there .
Blasting those songs like, " Gasolina "
No idea why too .
But the main point is not that .
The main point is they are super damn aggressive when comes to commision .
Well, if you people are not aware .
I'm a part timer at novo .
So as a part timer, the commission bases applies on me too .
For every pair of shoe i sell, i get a dollar!
When i'm on the sales floor, i'm not a aggressive sales person .
I take things easy .
Normally, i'll wait until the customers approached me then i served .
If not i stand there to stone alil .
But things will be slightly different when i'm working with my in-charge .
She emphasised that she wants SALES !
Ok, we try our best to give her sales .
But if customers don't purchase, it's totally none of our fault .
The story goes this way .
My in - charge left the company a month ago .
Due to the revised in commision system .
As for her commission, the system works this way .
For every shoes the full/part timer sells, she absorbed 30cents each .
Even on days when she's not working she still gets her commission based on the no. of shoes sold that day .
That's sound great ryte?!
I believed she's earning quite alot .
Aryte, nvm for that now .
Oh yay, she left the company or NIKE (BIRD) .
At first, i thought i could not adapt to the new in charge (edwin)
But later on, i realised his fun to work with .
At least i don't feel sooo-soo stress .
As what i said, all good things come to an end .
Yes, he tendered his resignation .
Therefore, the company needs to look for another in charge lar .
As you know suntec (novo) is a damn huge shop, so you need someone capable to manage it .
If not, the whole shop will be in a mess .
So the company went to look for my old in charge .
They called her for 4 times .
The first 3 times she rejected their offer .
Only until the forth time, she accepted .
But with a condition .
I don't know what's the condition was until my old in charge told me herself .
I was like, ohhhhhhhhhh izzit?!
The condition was, my in charge will get her own personal commission .
As in she joined back suntec(novo) in december and for whatever shoes she sells she get a dollar like us .
Ok .
So this mean another competitor ?
I did realised tat my old charge was quite aggressive that day when pushing sales .
I thought she's damn enthu to hit target .
But i did not know it was for her own commission .
I don't really know how does the commission rules are played .
I only know that, i don't interrupt my colleagues's customers and they jolly well don't touch mine .
Even if my colleagues's customers wants me to take a pair of shoe for them, i will help out only .
But the commission still goes to my colleagues .
I'm not that calculative sort ~
But as for my in charge, she's wierd lar!
You know when i'm serving this customer and i went missing awhile from the sales floor .
Just because i'm in the storeroom .
And you know those impatient customers just jumped to any salesperson for help .
My customers approached my old in charge .
My in charge went in the store to take the shoes requested .
Served normally, like what we do .
So if the customer wanna buy the shoe my in charge took, she will input it as her commission .
What e hell?!
Must so calculative until like that meh?!
Ok, another story .
2 ladies came in .
I wanted to approached them, but i decided to wait awhile first .
Unfortunately, my nature call came .
So i went to the toilet .
When i came back, i saw my in charge approaching them .
So i take it as though it's her customers already .
So i never go bother about that 2 ladies, but only if they approached me .
Then suddenly, my in charge called for me from the counter .
In charge: " Denise! Denise! "
In charge: " Help them take the pair of shoes ~ "
I was like, " orghh okay."
I looked at the shoes, it was from the 50percent corner .
Which means, no commission because the shoes is already marked down .
In my heart, i was like, " NO WONDER SO GOOD! "
I was like, "damn! no commission one den give me"
But still, i took the shoes for the customer .
The size they wanted left with the last pair .
It was quite dirty though .
I tried cleaning up for them by using "GIF" to scrub .
The stain managed to come out alittle .
But still the customer rejected it .
Ahhh, i accepted it ~
Went to put the shoes back to the storeroom .
When i came out, the customer was trying on another pair .
This time round, this pair has a dollar commision !
So my in charge walk forward to serve them .
She went into the store to take the shoes they wanted .
They bought it .
So in actual fact, the shoes bought by them shall be charged on whose account ?
JUSTIFY PLEASE .
Totally got no logic right ?
So can you tell me what must i tell my in charge?
"AYE!! why you snatched my customer ar!? "
In this way ?
If i ever do that, i can't imagine what will happened .
I keep mum doesn't meant that i'm nice to " makan "
I always smile to you doesn't meant that i'm someone who is easy - going till that extend .
It really makes me damn irritated .
To me the commission i earned, it's just an extra income .
So i tend to take it alittle easier .
But that does not meant that, you can take away my customer this way .
No commission , she wun served .
Commission included, she will served .
I only believed in 2 things lar .
When working with "dig soil" people, you must also be as aggressive like them lar !
AND
On when your job includes commission type, all your colleagues are not your friends!
All are on the stage, putting up a show for you .
Only know how to put on a fake smile ~
