The show we watched was "Silent Hill" .

Because, i don't get the meaning of the whole show .
After the whole movie i was like, "What they trying to show ah?"
Even KESH asked me what's the show about, i was not able to tell her at all .
But applaused to their disgusting scenes .
It really did scare my girl out ~

After the movie, all of us went home .
Thanks to MATOOT whom lobang me home in his 2 wheels "mercedez" .
In another words, his louya bike la!
Reached home; dropped dead .

Report to work at 11am .
Super shagged out .
Half the day was not gone and i kept yawning can .
I really wonder how did i last the whole damn 14hrs .
GIFFORD and XUEQI came to look for me at the shop .
Both of them did not left the shop empty handed ok ~
Yup, they bought shoes from me .
=))
Oh ya, before the midnight madness started 3 of my AOD peeps came to look for me .
I was delighted ~
The clock strucked 9.30pm .
It was the commencement of the midnight madness SALES .
YES! It was real madness .
No doubt; No joke .
The whole store was packed like fcuk .
Every step that i took, i got to say "Excuse ME!" in a polite and courteous way .
I damn it got the urge to say, "SIAM la!"
The whole store was sooo stuffy and packed .
Storeroom was messy; Displays were untidy .
Everything was in a mess!
Like any moment the whole shop can be carried away by the customers .
From the situation, i can concluded that SINGAPOREANS are so damn typical .
They purposely wait till the start of the midnight madness than they come and purchase their shoes .
Damn cheapo can?!
CHUNGUI, JOAN and gang came to look for me at the stall also .
I was so shocked to see them .
Especially CHUNGUI and JOAN .
I've never seen this 2 for like 23498723857th days .
LOL
However, i was so busy with customers till i got no time to talk to them .
I apologised ~
ALICIA and her boyfriend came to the store too!
Was so happy to see her la!
Seriously, i don't miss her but i do miss her cute, FAT and chubby CHEEKS .
WAHAHAH
Soon the whole event was finally over .
Targeted sales was 15K but the actual sales was only 12K
Amount so near yet so far .
I left the store at 2am .
Met up with RAYNER and ESTHER first followed by the rest of the AOD peeps .
AHKOU, KESH and SISTER was waiting in the car for us .
In total, there were 9 people .
Destination was LAU PA SAT .
Imagine how we get there ?
By AHKOU's car .
We all SQUEEZED!
7 people at the back seat; 1 drive ; 1 rear seater .
How cramped can it get ?
Go figure .
Supper; AOD's talk; Army talk; Girls talk .
Even though, it was a super short chilling out session but it was indeed a valuable one .
Everyone was tired but they made an effort to meet up .
This is what i call the power of FRIENDSHIP/BONDING !
Backed home in AHKOU's car .
Grumbled to them about my working situation in NOVO .
Whenever, i'm working at NOVO i always faced unnesessary stress .
STRESS about what ?
The COMMISSION and SALES .
For every one pair of shoes that we sell, we will get a dollar .
As a part timer, it's not a need for me to hit certain target .
But the full timer do .
Therefore, the full timer turned aggressive in approaching customers .
Their aggressive attitude don't fall in the minor/mild kind .
But towards the max can!
At times, i really felt so tired of trying to protect my rights .
Which is my very own customers .
While i'm in the storeroom searching for the right pair of shoes, at the same time i'm worried that my customers outside waiting might be poached off .
I know all this stress are really unnesessary but i could not helped but worried .
For a part timer, my pay goes by the hourly rate .
SO it does not really matter to me .
The commission are just an extra income for my expenses .
BUT there will be a daily report printed out on how many pairs of shoes sold that day .
So if i'm always the lowest among all of them, what will my IN-charge think of me ?
1) I'm lazy to approach customers ?
2) I'm not good at convincing my customers to buy the shoes?
I don't know .
Different kinds of thoughts might just surface in her mind about me .
I'm not her so i would not know what she would think of me .
However, SISTER did told me to be aggressive too .
What for allow them to snatch my customers ?
This only prove how easy i'm able to be bullied .
Okay, i agreed with what she said .
Under such circumstances i'm facing, i tend to be very rushed while i'm in the storeroom searching for the right pair of shoes .
So yesterday, while i was at the highest level of the ladder i could not be bothered to come down step by step .
Therefore, i jumped down at the 4th step .
I sprained my feet .
The pain did not last long so i thought nothing could be wrong .
But only till today then i felt the pain .
Just hope that the pain will go away soon .
For your information, my whole both legs were fcuking tired can .
Tired till i felt as though my legs were seperated from the body ~
ARGHH!

* T O D A Y *
Went to work at 1pm .
Was late for 5 mins .
Sales today was not bad .
Lunched with RAYNER .
Time passed very fast .
Headed to AOD at my second break .
I braved the courage to talk to AUNTY SEE SEE .
Luckily, it was not as awkward as i imagined .
Ate MOCHA ALMOND FUDGE .
So - so missed the flavour .
=))
Backed to my shop .
My second IN-charge printed out a email as instructed by my first IN-charge .
The content was about yesterday midnight madness .
I could not remember clearly how the letter was type but it was something like this .

Gladys - 55 pairs
Lay Peng - 49
Denise - 22
Liyana - 52
Fion - 67 (She's the full timer from PARKWAY)
"It was a great disappointment for yesterday midnight maddnes . BLAH BLAH BLAH . Certain staff was not their usual self . They stand there like as if waiting for gold to drop from the sky. I know everyone is tired, but if we were to think it in a more positive way . Wouldn't it be better . Treat this event like a never once had event before. BLAH BLAH BLAH . So try harder for the 2nd midnight madness held on 1st july."

The above content were all from my IN-charge .
As you can see, i have the lowest sales among all .
When i saw the figure, i was quite demoralised .
When i read the email, i was even sure that my IN-charge was indirectly refering to me .
I don't know why, but i just got the feel .
Cos yesterday there were a few times that she pushed customers for me to served .
At first, i thought out of good will she wanted to help me
But after reading the email, i knew she did not want me to stand around and do nothing .
ACTUALLY, i got reasons for my poor sales figure .
Not excuses but true fact .
When lots of customers come approaching you at the same you wun be able to put back the shoes to the original place that you took .
Agree?
So naturally, you wud just chucked it at the corner .
Okay, i don't blame anyone for doing that .
As i did that too .
But my colleagues were not responsible ~
As i mentioned from the above, they were aggressive as usual!
They just kept on accepting new customers and chucking all the unwanted shoes in the storeroom .
Therefore, the shoes started to pile up .
2 of my colleagues were responsible of the storeroom .
One was doing her job; the other busy serving customers like there is no tmr .
My second IN-charge asked me to help her by clearing some of the shoes .
Without hesitation, i did .
I not only cleared some but all .
Call me dumb or watsoever .
With my helpfulness, the rest were then able hit such a high sales figure .
FAIR ?
Okay, i know it's now not the time to say FAIR or NOT FAIR .
But if i do have the chance i wanna explained this to my IN-charge .
Oh ya, if gold was able to just drop from the sky .
Do you think i still need to work at NOVO ?
What the hell ~
She said treat the event like we never once had before .
I experienced midnight madness more than 4 times .
What never had before ?!
There will also be a second one at 1st july what!
She insist that we must hit a target of 70 shoes per person .
INSANE!
Her words just don't make sense to me .
Lastly, a full timer from PARKWAY parade came over .
She was new to our storeroom .
How can she be able to sell so many pairs compare to us?
Because she needs time to search for her customer's shoes .
Loopholes .
The cashier must be keying in wrong salesperson code .
I feel so damn cheated la .
The cashier was someone from the operational department .
Another 1 big YAYA PAYAYA .
Talk as if she's instructing a dog .
Damn bitch!
Burn her in hell .

Enuff said! I'm feeling the anger in me while typing this long entry .
